Bravo Restaurants, Inc. is a family-owned Chicago restaurant group that has been serving the city since 1966. It owns and operates six restaurant brands: Gino’s East, Eduardo’s Enoteca, Gotham Bagels, Ed Debevic’s, Edwardo’s Natural Pizza and Emmi’s Lake Geneva.
Bravo Restaurants is owned and operated by the Himmel family of Chicago, whose local roots date back to the late 1800s. The company is led by Jeff Himmel, President, and Jordan Himmel, Chief Information Officer.
